Re baths, even though my girl is 2, I'm still nervous about the "big girl" tub. Check out the Flexibath. We love it! She is still very happy playing in it, she still fits well, and I don't worry about her slipping and sliding around. And when you're not using it, it folds flat, so it take up practically no space.
